The EPP Group in the Committee of the Regions and the European People's Party are challenging young people between the ages of 15 and 28 to try to capture the spirit of Europe's environmental policy in just one minute.

By submitting a 60 second film dedicated to the theme 'change begins at home: creating a better environment', you will be in with a chance of recieving a cash prize and seeing your film screened at a special film festival during the OPEN DAYS: European Week of Regions and Cities in Brussels.

The closing date is 15 June 2009 so get out there and be creative!
