The major objective of the event will be to increase the visibility of initiatives carried out thanks to Community funding by showcasing a range of good practices. Discussion will take place in plenary sessions and especially in workshops to encourage real exchange and to examine the most appropriate ways to provide sustainability to the initiatives from the European Year of Creativity and Innovation 2009. An exhibition of examples of best practice will run in parallel to the conference. The exhibition will showcase around 20 examples of best practice which will also be illustrated in a brochure.

EVE, the e-platform for the dissemination and exploitation of results from programmes and projects supported by the Education and Culture DG will also be officially presented during the event.
