The conference agenda features a presentation of projects involving the creation of innovative methods and training programmes addressed mainly to older employees, women and migrants.

Projects involving upgrading and adjusting the skills of these particular groups to the requirements of the labour market will be disseminated. Also examples of projects containing an element of knowledge and experience transfer in the field of professional development will be presented.

Coordinators and participants of the projects have been invited to take part in the seminar along with trainers, teachers, educators, career counsellors, social partners and prospective beneficiaries of project results.
