Students constituting the Scientific Circle of Spatial Engineering at the University of Economy in Poznan announce creative initiative by calling a conference entitled "Innovations – from theory to practice, from a concept to success". What is comprised of its objectives aims at presenting scientific concepts related to innovation, demonstrating a plethora of innovative solutions as well as displaying the examples of good practice, shining invigorating light at creative activities in the process of regional development. The participants, a number of which being students from all over the country as well as the academic staff and professionals in the field of innovation, will get involved in the debates and lectures on the role of innovation in contemporary economy, sources of funding, management of innovation and barriers on the way of fluent development of innovation-oriented regional sectors.
