TALENT IN THE ERA OF KNOWLEDGE

Agora Talentia is an unprecedented forum at international level with a cast of experts coming together for the first time at such an event. What is and what can we expect of Agora Talentia?:

• A great international forum of encounter, reflection and debate for the purpose of getting to know and exchange trends and concerns on talent in the future, with an innovating and highly participative format.

• Networking of companies and institution with talent spotters and trainers.

• Preparation, consensus and signature by the main international agents of the Declaration on "Talent in the era of Knowledge".

• Creation of a stable Think Tank to promote and evaluate new global initiatives related to talent.

Agora will identify new challenges for the attraction, development and fidelity of Talent and discuss the main factors necessary in order for a place to be considered as a reference for talent. For the first time all perspectives from which to tackle the challenges of Talent for the future will be dealt with. The Forum will be structured at three levels (people, institutions and context) together with global themes. With the sponsorship of the European Parliament and the European Year of Creativity and Innovation, AGORA TALENTIA will have Richard Florida and Sir Ken Robinson together in Europe for the first time. Both world-wide experts are Ambassadors of the European Year of Creativity and Innovation. Furthermore, there will also be experts from Europe, USA, Mexico, Argentina etc.

Navarra International Declaration on Talent

 Talentia es:

· Generar un foro internacional de encuentro y debate en el que conocer e intercambiar las tendencias e inquietudes sobre el talento en el futuro.

· Potenciar el networking de empresas e instituciones con desarrolladores e identificadores de talento.

· Posicionar a Navarra como una de las regiones de mayor atractivo para el desarrollo profesional unido a la calidad de vida.

· Obtener el consenso y la firma de los principales actores internacionales para la elaboración de una declaración sobre “El desarrollo del talento en la era del conocimiento”.
