Organised by the Office of the Committee for European Integration and Polish Filmmakers Association, the event FE FEST 09 – Imagine/Create/Innovate inspires movie audiences to alter their perception of the world. Within the activities of the event, the originators present the review of European anime production, experimental film and new audiovisual forms. The review that took place on November 19-22 presented the selection of productions closely relevant to the idea of the EYCI – it is the very notion of experimental film production and anime that reflects particularly the concepts of creative and innovative forms of expression. On account of this dimension of the event, FE FEST 09 provides an inspiration for the new perception of the world in general.
