The Conference aims at discussing future perspectives for research on diversity, including the relationship between diversity and creativity. The objective is move towards a Research Manifesto that challenges current state-of-knowledge, re-problematise the key concepts underpinning the current debate on diversity and identify the key research questions for the future. The conferences builds on the interdisciplinary work carried out during the last four years in the context of EURODIV.
