Elearning.Romania seminar is legitimated on two-folded basis: on the one hand, the need to develop a common understanding of the computer-assisted education process, in the view of larger goals and in the framework of e-Society, and, on the other hand, to develop a community of practice comprised by institutions and persons which are acting towards innovation.
